Refund Policy 

The product may be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the product since the product is not used at all and it is in the original conditions in terms of packaging , components and attachments. Customers bears the coats of packaging and shipping.  

 

Products can be returned if they do not conform to the specifications mentioned on the site, or if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The product is not entitled to be returned in case of defects resulting from misuse 


 

The process of refunding the value of the product to the customer begins after the result of the quality inspection and acceptance of the returned product. The quality inspection process takes a maximum period of 7 working days from the date of receipt

 

After completing the examination process, the customer will be notified through an e-mail or text message of the examination result

 

Cash purchases will be refunded within three working days of issuing the product inspection report

 

Refunds are made using the same method of payment: cash in the case of a cash payment or a transfer to a bank account in the case of a visa payment

 

 

In the case of purchasing with a visa, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 working days of issuing the product inspection report through a bank transfer to the customer’s account.
